Movida is a private movement studio in the heart of \u00dajbuda, where we aim to help every guest fall in love with conscious movement through maximum personal attention - so that it becomes a lasting part of their life, whether they are a professional athlete, an expectant mother, or someone recovering from an injury. Why did we choose Pilates as our main focus?<\/strong> Because it is a unique form of exercise that, in addition to strengthening the deep muscles, makes the body and muscles more flexible, improves posture, is preventive yet highly effective, and can be practiced by almost anyone. With its wide range of exercises, results can be achieved quickly and in a varied way \u2014 whether the goal is deep back muscle strengthening, body shaping, or reducing lower back pain. With our two Reformer Pilates machines and numerous small accessories, we also combine mat-based exercises. For those who prefer Functional Personal Training, we offer workouts with unstable equipment, heavier weights, and different types of challenges \u2014 so everyone can find the right fit for themselves.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Founding Movida is the realization of a lifelong dream \u2014 to create a space where our guests can truly understand, appreciate, and most importantly, enjoy mindful movement for the long term. Because without joy, nothing can be truly effective or sustainable.\nMy journey with Reformer Pilates began more than 15 years ago, shortly after my years in ballet, and it\u2019s been a lasting love ever since.
